1Small ripe banana
50gyoghurt of choice
20mlSF maple syrup 
160mlUnsweetened vanilla almond milk⁠
1tspChia seeds
80gProtein oats
20g Macro Mike Salted Caramel Premium Almond Protein  
Biscoff Creme:
20gMacro Mike Salted Caramel Premium Almond Protein  
30mlSF maple syrup
5gMelted Biscoff
30gVanilla coconut yoghurt
Biscoff Glaze:
20mlBiscoff spread
7gWhite chocolate Or more Biscoff
1tspMaple syrup

Made with only the best Salted Caramel Premium Almond Protein, these overnight oats are sure to make your mouth drool...

    Oats Mix:

    1. In a bowl mash your banana, add in maple syrup and yoghurt of choice.

    2. Once combined, add in milk (adjust less milk for whey protein) and chia seeds, mix again.

    3. Add in oats & protein and mix until combined. Distribute in-to two small bowls or jars.


    Biscoff Creme:

    1. Melt your biscoff in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir in maple syrup, yoghurt and protein (add a drop of almond milk if it needs thinning out!)

    2. Mix until smooth, distribute over the oats to cover.


    Biscoff Glaze:

    1. Add Biscoff & white chocolate to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. 
    2. Stir till melted together (if needed microwave again for 15 second intervals).
    3. Once melted, combine with maple syrup. Add a tablespoon of warm water to thin.
    4. Spread glaze over the creme layer and decorate with crushed biscuit crumbs if desired.
    5. Place in the fridge overnight so you can grab and go the next day 😍
