Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
40gOats
20gPlant protein powder⁠
60gUnsweetened apple sauce ⁠
100mlUnsweetened almond milk⁠
1tspBaking powder⁠
Jam:
40gFrozen raspberries
1tspChia seeds⁠
Topping:
1tspGranulated sweetener⁠
1/4tspCinnamon⁠

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees⁠

  2. Mix jam ingredients together in a small bowl and microwave for 1 min. Set aside to thicken.⁠

  3. Add oats to a blender and blitz until they are a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blitz until smooth.⁠

  4. Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a ramekin, then add jam into the centre and top with remaining mixture.⁠

  5. Sprinkle over the sweetener⁠ and cinnamon and bake for 20-25 minutes
