1Small ripe banana
50gyoghurt of choice
20mlSF maple syrup 
160mlUnsweetened vanilla almond milk⁠
1tspChia seeds
80gProtein oats
20g Macro Mike Choc Hazelnut Premium Almond Protein
Chocolate Creme:
20gMacro Mike Choc Hazelnut Premium Almond Protein
30mlSF maple syrup
10gMelted Nutella/ or vegan chocolate spread
1tspAlmond Milk
25gMilk chocolate of choice
7gCoconut yoghurt

Overnight oats are all people are talking about right now - Why not make your friends Jealous with these super-yummy and super-healthy Kinder Surprise breakfast-bowls!

    Oats Mix:

    1. In a large bowl mash your banana, then add in maple syrup and yoghurt of choice.

    2. Once combined add in milk and chia seeds, mix again.

    3. Now add in oats & protein and mix until combined. Distribute in to two small bowls or jars.


    Chocolate Creme:

    1. Melt your Nutella for 30 seconds, stir in maple syrup, protein & almond milk.

    2. Mix until smooth, distribute over the oats to cover.



    1. Add ingredients to a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then let it stand for 15 seconds. Stir until you get a nice & thick sauce.
    2. Top over the chocolate creme, gently pushing to the sides.
    3. Place in the fridge overnight.
    4. In the morning, top with 1 small kinder stick between the two bowls and grate the middle piece of chocolate to sprinkle over.
    5. For a Vegan friendly version, just a square of chocolate for the topping. Then just grab and go 😍
