We all love pancakes...but have you ever tried pancakes with gooey raspberry jam, a nutty chocolate sauce and a generous dusting of coconut? It's a Lamington flavour adventure down nostalgia lane! These babies are GF, DF, Vegan, Macro-Friendly and delicious!
- Prepare 1 serve of Macro Mike Protein Pancake Mix as per pack instructions.
- Layer pancakes on a plate and spoon 1Tbsp raspberry jam between each one.
- Prepare your chocolate almond butter sauce by combining 1/4 cup Choc Biscuit Powdered Almond Butter and 1/2 Tbsp cocoa/cacao powder, and slowly add water and mix until you have a thick sauce consistency. Tip: Add 1 tsp maple syrup for a sweeter sauce.
- Pour chocolate almond butter sauce over top of pancake stack and sprinkle desiccated coconut on top.
