The best things come in the smallest packages and these little tiramisu cups really pack a punch of flavour and protein too. These easy to make, vegan, gluten free tasty cups feature our Macro Mike Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Protein+ Powder combined with maple syrup, almond meal, coffee, and cacao. This dessert won't leave you sleepy that's for sure!


  1. In a bowl, mix the base Ingredients and press into silicone muffins cups.
  2. Mix the filling ingredients until creamy and pour on top of the base.
  3. Store in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Stick a few coffee beans on top for an extra zing and serve!
